A fifth and final date has just been confirmed for Peter Kay at The O2, Dublin on 02 May, 2011. Tickets priced Eur 44.20 including booking fee will go on sale this Friday 18 December at 11.00am. After selling out twenty record-breaking nights at the Manchester Arena (a record previously held by Take That) and with a phenomenal demand for tickets, some being exchanged on various internet sites for over five hundred pounds each, Kay was left with no choice but to tour. When tickets went on sale for his UK tour 400,000 seats were sold in three hours (including a record-breaking 35,000 tickets at The Odyssey Arena, Belfast). Combined with the 200,000 previously sold in Manchester, Kay officially became the biggest and fastest selling live comedy act of all time.
