From the airport:

By car
At the airport roundabout take the second exit onto the M1 (signposted Dublin), continue forward onto Swords Road N1 (signposted City Centre), continue onto Dorset Street Upper (R804), turn left onto Church Street (R108), turn onto Inns Quay (N4), turn right onto Grattan Bridge, continue forward onto Parliament Street. At the second set of traffic signals turn left onto Dame Street (N81), drive through 2 sets of traffic signals, Dublin Citi Hotel is on the left side.

Bus
The air-coach departs every 15 minutes outside the arrivals hall. The stop you require is Trinity College. Walk back to the main gates of Trinity College, the road in front of the main gates is Dame Street. The Dublin Citi Hotel is halfway up on the right side past the Central Bank.
From the airport you may also take bus 16A, which departs every 15 minutes from the arrivals. This service will leave you on Dame Street on the left side. The hotel is on the right side, just past the Central Bank.
