Ardmore House is set on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean amid rugged landscape. 5km. west of Clifden Town, it is a small holding stretching from the upper Sky Road to the lower Sky Road and on out to the cliffs locally known as the Slopers. The views from the Slopers of Clifden Bay and the Atlantic Ocean are some of the best you'll find in the Country.

This charming Victorian House was built circa 1870 by the Bernards (once the owners of Kinnitty Castle) and has been beautifully restored retaining many of the original features including shutters, pine windows and doors. Disabled access, large landscaped gardens and private off road are provided for guest use. Ardmore House Bed and Breakfast offers spacious guest bedrooms furnished throughout with original antiques and the modern comforts of luxurious king size beds, orthopaedic mattresses and electric blankets.
