Fifteen years ago, Sarah Webb started up the Gallic Kitchen in the Mother Redcap Market. For the next five years, the Mother Redcap Market was to be the base for this delicious deli and catering service. As time and demand progressed, the Gallic Kitchen moved to it's own premises on Francis Street and have been operating there for the last decade.

Famous for delicious Salmon and Chicken Plaits and mouthwatering quiches, the Gallic Kitchen continues to produce these same plaits and quiches having never altered the recipe in fifteen years. Equally many new and interesting pastries, pies and roulades have been introduced. There's a great selection of tasty and wholesome snacks and a small range of gluten-free pies are currently available. Potato dishes, casseroles, canapés and delectable desserts can all be ordered from the Gallic Kitchen.

The catering service offers customers the opportunity to purchase expertly cooked food containing no preservatives or additives.  Organic vegetables are also used in the ingredients and the Gallic Kitchen can entertain and provide waiting staff for private or corporate parties, small or big.

The third outlet where Gallic Kitchen produce can be found is at the Farmers Markets in Dublin and beyond. Check out the Temple Bar Food Market on Saturdays and enjoy samples of healthy and wholesome food. According to owner, Sarah Webb, the Gallic Kitchen is "constantly improving recipes and dishes and always ensure that high standards are met".
