It's James Joyce's birthday on 2nd February and, to celebrate, Balloonatics Theatre Company present a dramatised reading of some of his greatest works.

To celebrate the birthday of one of Ireland's most famous and best loved literary icons, renowned Joycian performer Paul O'Hanrahan and Balloonatics Theatre Company have put together a dramatised reading of some of the writers greatest works.
The reading has the rare distinction of being authorised by the Joyce Estate, and will feature extracts from both Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man and Finnegans Wake - including one piece specially requested by James Joyce's grandson, Stephen Joyce.
The event takes place on Joyce's birthday in the Teachers' Club in Dublin, where Joyce himself took singing lessons in 1904, and it promises to be a real treat for fans of theatre and literature alike. Don't miss out!
