The Blue Bistro Moderne is award-winning chef Eamonn O'Reilly's third restaurant to open in Dublin. O'Reilly has received numerous awards for his restaurants and is famous for serving upmarket and innovative cuisine.

Blue Bistro Moderne is situated on the south-side of Dublin's city centre. This delightful restaurant can be found in Joshua House on Dawson Street. This contemporary Dublin restaurant serves French Bistro type cuisine.

The signature dish at Blue Bistro Moderne is Salmon fish cakes, saffron aioli and cucumber pickle for starters. This delicious appetiser is followed by Duck Confit , creamed potato, orange carmelised chicory and baby pear. The signature and very popular dessert at Blue Bistro Moderne is Warm chocolate and port tart with banyuls and orange chocolate ice cream.

The Blue Bistro Moderne is open six days a week-Monday-Saturday and serves Lunch and Dinner. Group Lunch and Dinner Menus are available and are excellent value for money. There is also a very attractive Value Dinner Menu on offer. This menu offers diners 2 Courses for €24.95 or 3 Courses for €29.95. This Value Dinner menu is available Monday to Wednesday from 5.30pm to 11pm. Diners can also avail of the Value menu on  Thursday to Saturday from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
