`I've had nothing yet,' Alice replied in an offended tone: `so I can't take more.'
`You mean you can't take less,' said the Hatter, `it's very easy to take more than nothing.'
Celebrate the start of April, and the full bloom of spring, by taking part in one of maddest scenes ever imagined at Deerpark on 6th April. Join The Mad Hatter, The White Rabbit and, of course, Alice herself for a very unusual tea party! There'll be tea-cup rides, giant chess, croquet, a hat walk, a very special storyteller and even a 'Make & Do' session where you can create your very own Mad Hats!
You can bring you own picnics or buy some tea and cakes from the tuck shop and enjoy them on the red and white covered picnic tables under a tree. And, of course, all tea-party guests are encouraged to dress up as one of the Alice in Wonderland characters, and wear the maddest hat possible which you can show off on the purpose built "Hatwalk" as you strut your stuff to the sounds of the DLR Events DJ!
So butter your pocket-watch, grab your best croquet-flamingo and prepare for the silliest and funnest of the spring!
