The Vaults is a massive cellar bar, restaurant, event and club venue located under Connolly Station. The award-winning restaurant is an excellent location for conferences or private parties in Dublin's city centre. Chef Max Usai has created a selection of menus from carefully sourced local ingredients to appeal to the most sensitive of palates.

The Vaults caters for all private bookings offering a wide range of snacks such as a Buffet of Salads, Deli food, Hot Dishes and Desserts. Mixed Platters can also be served and some of the tasty finger food available includes Salmon Tempura and Thai, Garlic and Chilli Fish Cakes.  A large choice of different soups  (exceeding ten different varieties) are also available for Private Bookings.

Ideally suited for parties as large as 1000 guests, the Vaults is available for exclusive hire for launches, company parties, photos shoots and conferences. 24 Hour Car Parking is available in both Connolly Station and the IFSC Car Park located beside Jurys Customs House Quay.

The weekday menu is an extensive selection of fine 'pub grub'. The menu is separated into Entrée, Pasta, Grill and Salad, Pizza, Sandwich and Desserts. The Pasta and Pizzas are all reasonably priced at approximately €10-€12. There are a variety of pasta dishes available including a Tagliatelle dish and a Penne Amitricana dish and five choices of Pizzas. A Fillet of Salmon, Confit of Duck and a Grilled Fillet of Beef are also on the menu. A wide variety of live sports from American or Gaelic football to Show-jumping, Rowing and Rugby are shown on wide screen T.V. The weekend menu is smaller but includes starters, mains, side orders and dessert.

The atmosphere is relaxing, with excellent lounge service making The Vaults an ideal venue for food serving a selection as varied as many Dublin restaurants.
