The Lord Edward
The Lord Edward, an intimate pub in Dublin historic area.

The Lord Edward is an ornate traditional pub located in the middle of Dublin's historic tourist area located with Christchurch Cathedral, Dublin Castle and St Patrick's' Cathedral all a stone's throw away.

The Lord Edward comprises a downstairs bar, an upstairs bar and the oldest seafood restaurant in Dublin on the second floor. As you walk through the door of The Lord Edward you will find a round bar surround by stools and intimate tables and chairs sprinkled with Dublin locals.

At the back of the bar is the stairs to the upstairs bar leading you to one of the best-kept secrets in Dublin's pub culture. The upstairs bar is filled with old historic paraphernalia centred around Irish patriots like Robert Emmett with '70's style red plush seating spread around the bar.

The upstairs bar has become a very popular haunt those who are finding the inner city a little to busy at the weekend with a relaxed, intimate atmosphere and a very good chance of grabbing a seat. The Lord Edward serves a wide selection of beers and at very reasonable prices for the city centre.

If your looking for a bit craic, a chat and a few pints, The Lord Edward suits the bill perfectly.
