Running in the Samuel Beckett Theatre from 10th October.
Everyday will receive it's World Premiere at the Samuel Beckett Theatre as part of the Dublin Theatre Festival 2006. This brand new play is by Michael West in collaboration with the Corn Exchange Theatre Company. The inspiration for Everyday came from an idea by Mark O'Halloran and Annie Ryan.
Everyday looks at the tiny insignificant actions and magnifies small issues. What can happen when a choice in the supermarket brings you to the edge of sanity? Everyday is an exhilarating journey into the minds of everyday people that you pass by in a city.
The award winning Corn Exchange Theatre Company (Dublin By Lamplight, Mud, Lolita) will premiere Everyday with a talented crew. This brand new play features an outstanding cast of Andrew Bennett (A Month in the Country, Foley), Derbhle Crotty (A Month in the Country, The Home Place), Louise Lewis (DruidSynge, Adam & Paul).
Everyday is directed by Annie Ryan. Other actors include Janet Moran (Dublin By Lamplight, Love is the Drug), Tom Murphy (Adam & Paul, Pure Mule), Mark O'Halloran (Dublin By Lamplight, Adam & Paul) and Simon Rice (Giselle).
According to Everyday "Sometimes being disconnected is all that keeps us together".
