Beckett's Ghosts

Playing at the Project Theatre from 13th-22nd April.

Beckett's Ghosts is a special production in conjunction with the Samuel Beckett Centenary festival running in Dublin during April. Bedrock Productions will present a quadruple bill of seldom-performed dramatic works by Samuel Beckett.

The Nobel Laureate Beckett was born in Dublin and became one of the most acknowledged Irish writers with his work performed throughout the world. Beckett is famous for re-inventing form in fiction and drama. He also changed languages mid-career and continued to produce great dramatic works.

The four dramatic works to play at the Project Theatre will begin with A Piece of Monologue directed by Jason Byrne. This will be followed by That Time directed by Jimmy Fay. Each piece is concise and concentrated. Breath directed by Amanda Coogan is the third hander in this quadruple bill. Beckett's Ghosts will culminate with Not I again directed by Jason Byrne.

Becketts Ghosts is a rare opportunity to see four performances directed by the major talents of contemporary Irish theatre.
