The best Irish comedic talent on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at The International Bar.
Since its inception in 1998, The International Comedy Club has become a bit of an institution in Dublin's Comedy Scene with some of Ireland's most seasoned funny men and the country's most exciting up-and-coming comic talent rubbing shoulders on one stage.
This intimate venue above The International Bar is the perfect venue for stand-up with comfortable seats bookend by a small stage and a petite bar tucked into the corner. When the Club is cooking, the room is filled with bristling atmosphere, large laughs and top rate comedy.
Resident MCs for The International Comedy Club take the very charming shapes of Des Bishop and Aidan Bishop. Des Bishop has been a comic revelation over the last few years, initially trading on his New York persona, he has since transformed into a very intelligent and witty comic. His brother, Aidan has followed his sibling into the comedy trade and the Bishops are rapidly turning into the hottest acts in Irish comedy.
The International Comedy Club showcases Ireland's most talented comics featuring performances by Dave O'Doherty, Neil Delamere, Karl Spain, Kevin Gildea, Reuben and Ann Gildea. It's also a great spot to catch big comedy names trying new material or an unknown comic talent storm an audience for the first time.
A wonderful introduction to the world of Irish Comedy, The International Comedy Club takes place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
Time: 9.00pm.
