Jimeoin is an Irish comic who has seen great success down under and is now beginning to win audiences in the northern hemisphere with his gentle and infectious humour. Jimeoin brings his wonderful comic stylings to the Bulmers Comedy Festival on the 16th of September.

A veteran of International Comedy Festivals, Jimeoin has appeared at the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and won the Critics Award at the Edinburgh Festival. Jimeoin is an Irish comic who has become the hottest stand-up comics on Australia's comedy scene over the last decade.

A prolific writer with an exceptional audience rapport, he is know for his brilliantly funny and charming observations on the absurdities of every day life. With what seems like the entire nation of Australia won over, Jimeoin has spread his gospel around the world touring his compelling tour in New Zealand, Europe and the UK.

A familiar face on Australian television, Jimeoin appeared on a number of hit comedy shows before staring in his own show, Jimeoin. He brought all back home for his Tea Towel Tour Of Ireland documenting the hilarious travelogue of one of his Irish tours. In 1999, Jimeoin wrote and starred in his own feature film titled, The Craic, which became the second highest grossing box office movie in Australian film history.

This festival performance is an excellent chance to catch one of Ireland's best-kept comic secrets; Jimeoin plays the Olympia Theatre on the 16^th.
