If you've always wanted to try your hand at stand-up, but didn't know where to begin, Comedy Ireland's Stand-Up Comedy workhops are the perfect way to build up your confidence and help you hone your material for that all important (and nerve-wrecking) first time.
Under the masterful hand of stand-up vetran Ciaran MacMahon, you'll be taken step by step through the process of coming up with ideas, writing material and, finally, delivering your set in-front of a real, live audience. You'll learn everything from dealing with nerves to demolishing hecklers, and even what to do - gasp - if a joke falls flat (don't worry, it happens to EVERYONE).
