The Boom Boom Room is Dublin's new venue for Jazz, World Music and Electronica.
Dublin has seen record audiences for live music over the last few years and the demand has seen a great diversification in musical acts coming to the city. Dublin audiences have shown a growing interest in Jazz, World Music and Electronica artists with a growing roster of International musical acts coming to the capital. Now Dublin has a new music venue to cater for this growing interest with a brilliantly eclectic programme of music events.
The Boom Boom Room is a new venue for Jazz, World music and Electronica, which is located above Patrick Conway's Pub on Parnell Street at the top of O'Connell Street. The Boom Boom Room features jazz on a Thursday night, The Microset Sessions a dedicated acoustic platform for rising and established original talent on Friday nights and an eclectic mix on Saturday nights covering blues, world, experimental and electronica events.
The Boom Boom Room hopes to introduce club devotees to the wonderful world of music bubbling under the music mainstream as well as heralding the cause of Dublin's more experimental musicians.
