Put simply, Indian prodigy pianist Utsav Lal is ridiculously talented! At 15 years old, he's already played over 50 solo concertsworldwide and received international acclaim for his original renditions of mesmerising Indian Ragas.

Since moving to Ireland with his family a year ago, he's brought his unique piano-playing style and exceptional musical prowess to the stage  events such as the Festival of World Cultures 2007, World Refugee Day, an Art Auction in support of The Bridge Foundation at Temple Bar, One World Music Evening in support of the World Mercy Fund, Airfield Arts Centre and on "Class Act" for RTE.
 
And on 18th Febraury, he'll be offering Irish audiences another chance to enjoy his refreshingly new take on Indian Film and Raga compositions at the National Concert hall for one fantastic night! The programme will include some of Utsav's own compositions, based on Classical Ragas, along with some legendary Indian tunes from the 1950s, and an amazing ensemble combination, with sitar player Dara O' Brien and Irish Trad musician Dave Sheridan on flute.
