Famed for her stunning voice and the passionate and dramatic intensity of her singing, Irish-French chanteuse Camille O'Sullivan is one the most vibrant, entertaining and unique performers to have emerged from our shores in a long time.

Once an award-winning architect and painter, Camille got into show-business the old-fashioned way - by running away with the circus! It was a rather glamorous circus though - she toured world with The Famous Spiegeltent, performing on the same stage where Marlene Dietrich once sang Falling in Love Again.

More than a musician, Camille's dramatic cabaret-style performance have captured the hearts and imaginations of music fans and film-makers alike. After being spotted in the Spiegeltent in Absinthe, Camille was even offered a lead role in Mrs. Henderson Presents opposite Judi Dench!

Camille mixes narrative songs of the past with contemporary storytellers, and captures each song's character, ranging from provocative and desolate to humorous - leading to comparisons to everyone from PJ Harvey to Nick Cave (though Nick probably doesn't look quite so fetching in a corset)!
