The Cellar is an airy and spacious restaurant located in the five star Merrion Hotel . Head Chef Ed Cooney has created a variety of menus maintaining the quality ingredients of his regular menus while adding a few festive surprises.
Sunday Brunch is very popular at the Cellar Restaurant in the Merrion Hotel. Every Sunday morning from 12.30pm-2.30pm a delicious brunch is served. The menu is traditional with a contemporary twist, offering dishes such as Pork Sausages with Colcannon. Devillish desserts are available as are Brunch cocktails. Brunch ranges in price from €6.75-€20.
The Cellar Restaurant also provides an Early Bird Menu. Diners can enjoy two courses for €24.50 and three for €32.50. The Early Bird Menu offers a very small but appetising selection of courses.
Both the Lunch and Dinner Menus at the Cellar Restaurant offer a good selection of dishes to choose from. The menu is traditional with innovative and contemporary variations included in each meal.
