The Trocadero restaurant, referred to as "The Troc" by regulars is permanently buzzing with happy and hungry customers. This Dublin restaurant is renowned for it's loyal diners and over the years has built an impressive reputation. This well-established Dublin restaurant in situated in the heart of Dublin city, on St. Andrew Street. The Olympia Theatre, The Gaiety and Andrew's Lane Theatre are all in walking distance. The Troc attracts many theatre goers because of it's locality but mainly because it offers a reasonable and attractive pre-theatre menu. Starters and a Mains course are on offer for just under €20. There is a small but assorted choice of dishes on offer. This Early Bird Menu is served between 5-7pm and tables must be vacated by 8pm.
The Trocadero serves contemporary Irish and continental cuisine. The freshest fruit and vegetables are used and mouth-watering sauces are served with every dish. The interior is lavishly dressed with red velvet curtains and the walls are decorated with interesting pictures and photos of famous actors from both film and stage. The art deco bar provides a good selection of cocktails.
The staff are professional and adopt an traditional style of serving. You can really feel the history of this lavish and appetising Dublin restaurant. This is one of Dublin's most popular restaurants to dine in and the energetic buzz. Trocadero Restaurant serves Monday-Saturday from 5pm with last orders at midnight.
