According to Masi the philosophy of Pearl  "is simple-good food, comfortable surroundings with friendly and attentive staff. We serve traditional French cuisine in a warm, modern informal environment with tranquil music playing in The Oyster Bar as you relax beside a giant peat fire and an exotic aquarium".

Pearl will also provide Chauffeur driven corporate transportation if requested.  The Menu can be designed to the customers exact requirements. Pearl even provides a Personal Advisor to help you plan and organise your special evening.

The Oyster Bar upstairs has a hypnotic atmosphere, playing relaxing music and fashioning an alluring aquarium as a centre-piece. Decadent Cocktails by the Glass or Pitcher , wine and champagnes, spirits and beers are all available.  Monday to Friday, between 5 and 7pm,  brings complimentary nibbles served with all beverages and a light supper menu of gastronomic delights and platters are served from 6pm until late.
The Pearl Brasserie is a great meeting place for lunch or early evening drinks or even a lavish  dinner. It's tucked away on the corner of Merrion Street and Merrion Row and within walking distance from  many hotels and is next door to the Merrion Hotel.
