Fabulous Food Trails and celebrated Japanese chef Yoshio Miyachi have put together an informative, fun, hands-on day to show you how to cook and serve terrific Japanese food. Under Yoshio Miyachi's expert guidenance, guests will learn how to prepare, roll and serve sushi as good as his own, as well as assisting Yoshio in making a number of other traditional Japanese dishes.
In the course of the day Yoshio will explain the basics of Japanese cooking, describe the common and essential ingredients to be found in every Japanese kitchen. He will also explain how to judge and buy the best available ingredients, as well as giving a crash course in dining etiquette - Japanese style!
The day ends with a tasty Japanese lunch accompanied by a tasting of a number of different Artisan sakes and Japanese beers.
