Exhibit 7, an exciting exhibition showcasing the latest technological developments, takes place at The Digital Hub and runs till the 25th of March.
Exhibit 7 is the latest in a series of exhibitions delivered by The Digital Hub through the Diageo Liberties Learning Initiative that have examined the creative potential of digital technology.
The theme of Exhibit 7 is "Living" and it features a range of new and emerging technologies that have the potential to transform the way consumers interact with technological devices. You can visit the Home of the Future, check out independent movies and animation on the Darklight Mobile Channel or take the Egg Transporter Challenge.
Among the topics explored by Exhibit are home automation and control from remote locations, new forms of music and film distribution and the identification of people using biometric machines.
Exhibit 7 also features The Media Portrait of the Liberties where media and technology gives you a greater understanding of the area's history and traditions. The Media Portrait of the Liberties delivers different personal stories from the Liberties of Dublin to PDA devices, depending on where the recipient is standing in the Liberties.
A fascinating insight into how technology will enhance our lives in the future, Exhibit 7 runs at The Digital Hub till the 25th of March.
