Having displayed her work both at home and abroad for several years Gina McKenna Burns - a graduate of Crawford College of Art and Design, Cork - come to The Mill Theatre Gallery in Dundrum with a brand new exhibition focusing on one of the world's most important components, water!
In Gina's hands, this simple combination of two parts hydrogen, one part oxygen is transformed into a metaphor for our everyday perception, a reflection of our psyche and our soul.She hints at half glimpsed, undiscovered truths below the swirling currents of the rivers and the sea, encouraging us to look deeper and rediscover the sense of mystery that has been lost in our modern, more cynical age.
So rediscover they joys of simplicity with this beautiful, thoughtful and slightly magical exhibition at The Mill Theatre Gallery this April and May.
