Dublin's Nitelink service
Dublin Bus' successful late-night weekend service, 'Nitelink', is a hassle-free way to get home on that rainy and busy Saturday night in Dublin.

The buses leave from three different locations in the city centre. Northbound buses leave from D'Olier Street, Southbound buses leave from College Street and Westbound buses leave from Westmoreland Street. The Nitelink buses go as far as Maynooth and Leixlip and have routes that take passengers to most parts of the outer-lying city.

Tickets can be bought from yellow ticket buses at these locations or you can pay on the bus if you have the exact fare (with coins as banknotes are not accepted). The fares generally tend to be €4 but can go up to €6 for longer journeys.

There is also a Dart Nitelink, where you can use the Dart to get into town and the Nitelink services to get home. The tickets are five euros and are available from any Dart Station between Malahide and Greystones.

There is more information on Nitelink routes and services available on the Dublin Bus website www.dublinbus.ie.
