Ciaran Sweeney lives and works in Dublin and is considered one of Europe's most talented young artists and designers. Sweeney is multi-talented and designs ranges of clothing and home accessories. He has even created his own baby range, has worked as an artist, producer and costume designer.

Sweeney's Autumn/Winter collection received much attention in London. His work is a combination of silk organza, crepe and velvet colours. Warm greens and emeralds, deep reds, oranges, soft pinks and whites bring this collection stunning creative flow. The print motifs Sweeney has included in this collection are based on ancient plant illustrations and classical stone reliefs.

Ciaran is only 32 years old and already has received serious acclaim both in Ireland and abroad. He studied to be an Art Teacher concentrating on textiles at the National College of Art and Design. After graduating, Ciaran set up his own label and has been building up a much admired reputation ever since.

Ciaran Sweeney is one of Ireland's most reputable and flexible designers, having done everything from co-ordinating fashion shows to designing Kylie Minogue a one-off piece.
