This restaurant opened in Clarendon Street almost six years ago. Since then Aya have set up two deli's and also provide an Event Catering service.

The décor inside Aya is minimalist with the main point of focus being the large conveyor belt of Sushi circling the centre of this Japanese restaurant. The extensive menu features a wide and varied range of Sushi dishes.
