Christ Church Cathedral Crypt
The crypt of Christ Church Cathedral dates from at least the 12th century and is the city centre's oldest surviving structure.

It is one of the largest medieval crypts in Ireland or Britain and the rows of stone pillars and arches carry the entire weight of the cathedral above.
