Ever sampled a bagel in any part of the U.S. with cream cheese, salmon and sesame seeds? It's quite unforgettable. Up to a few years ago, bagels were something you were forced to forget about in Ireland because it was impossible to purchase a proper tasting bagel.

Well it's time for all Bagel lovers out there to rejoice! Itsa bagel was founded in 1999 by Dubliners Domini and Peaches Kemp.The bagels are made from the finest ingredients and have no fat or cholesterol and where possible they have used the finest natural organic and free-range products.

Signature Bagels are on sale for €5.00 and a bagel for every mood and craving is available.  If you're having a hard day there's “The all day Cure” bagel, a version of an Irish breakfast roll covered in tomato relish.  “Create Your Own Bagel” option consists of a wide choice of bagels including pumpernickel, poppy seed, raisin and whole-wheat. Dressings such as Honey-dijon and mayo and mustard are included in the price and there are a wide variety of toppings to choose from.

Chunky Homemade soups are also served as are a wide range of drinks. Freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, lots of whole earth organic minerals and healthy drinks such as Kombucha and Kefir are on sale. The hot drink list includes a selection of coffees and there is the option of an organic/ fair trade coffee for an additional €0.25.

Probably the best delight of all in this tasty eatery are BAGELINIS which are Paninis made of bagels!  An ideal lunch or snack, try the delicious buffalo mozzarella bagelini with basil pesto, fresh tomato and basil for €5.00

Itsa Bagel also supply a catering service and will serve anything from office platters, to directors' lunches, cocktail, and dinner parties. Platters include the Gourmet Select Platter which consists of taking the finest gourmet signature bagels, and arranging them on a platter.

Itsa Bagel is located in the Epicurean Hall on Lower Liffey Street and also in the Pavillion in Dun Laoghaire.
