As well as the take-away and sit-in sandwich bars, O'Briens do office catering with all kinds of sandwich platters available. 'The Dubliner' for instance consists of a variety of finger sandwiches on brown, white and granary bread with premium quality fillings; 'a savoury selection' of mini-spring rolls, cocktail samosas, quiche fingers, mini savoury eggs, felafal & pakora and 'Chips and Dips' of tortilla chips with vegetable crudités, guacamole and salsa. O'Brien's are highly supportive of and have a three year partnership with the Christina Noble Children's Fund. They have pledged to raise awareness of young people's plights in Vietnam and Mongolia. As part of the programme O'Brien's build 16 houses annually and bring young people to Ireland to train in restaurant management.
