FXB's menu can be described as modern international cuisine with an Irish twist. All the meat comes from restaurateurs Joe and Paddy Buckley's farm in Co.Offaly.

FXB's are best known for their quality 8oz Sirloin and Fillet organic and free range steaks which are produced in the Offaly farm. The emphasis at FXB is completely fresh produce and fish is bought daily as is the highest quality vegetables.

Fine Wines and beers from around the globe have been carefully selected so that diners enjoy the perfect accompaniment to their meals. FXB's also provide some traditional Irish dishes perfect for tourists to sample a taste of real Irish cuisine.

An extended A la Carte Lunch and Dinner Menus are offered serving a variety of Starters including Soups, Salads, Rice Dishes. Main Courses include a good selection of fish dishes and FXB's signature steak meals.

There is a delicious choice of over seven mouth-watering desserts. FXB have an Early Bird Meal serving two courses for €18 up until 7.00 and there is also a Value Meal Menu that's available all day.
