Jacob's Ladder is a Dublin restaurant specialising in Modern Irish Cuisine. The restaurant occupies two floors of a Georgian building on Nassau Street. Jacob's Ladder overlooks the picturesque grounds of Trinity College and the playing fields. The interior is contemporary in design and has a spacious feel complemented by the large Georgian windows.

Pre-theatre diners can avail of the Early Bird Menu which runs Tuesday-Friday between 6.00-7.00p.m. From 7.00pm there is a choice of dinners from the A La Carte Menu, the Table d'hote menu or for the ambitious gourmet, an eight-course tasting menu. There is a wide selection new age wine list and a large collection of house wines.

The wine list has something to offer from all the corners of the world and at Jacob's Ladder there is an emphasis to source new French wines from the smaller chateaux.

Jacobs Ladder can cater for 75 covers and opens its doors for lunch (12:30-2:30) and dinner (6:30-10:00) Tuesday to Friday and (7.00-10.00) Saturday. There is a private room available for private parties or launches for 40 to 100 people, with spectacular views of the Trinity College.
