Brooks Hotel is just minutes away from Grafton Street and Temple Bar. This boutique hotel now offers a contemporary restaurant known as Francescas and Jasmines Cocktail Bar. 
 
Francesca's Restaurant features contemporary Irish and International cuisine at its best with innovative cooking prepared by our Award Winning Head Chef, Patrick Mc Larnon. The new interior is Open Plan and the kitchen is visible to diners. Francescas' focuses on traditional Irish dishes served with innovative twists in contemporary surroundings.  Head Chef Patrick McLarnon has showcased his talents worldwide and captures the tastes of foods throughout the world while remaining dedicated to the Irish traditions.

Dinner is served from 6pm seven days a week. The dinner menu consists of innovative and appetising Starters such as White Crab Meat and Fennel Salad. Pastas and Salads, Seafood and Grill and Oven dishes make up the main courses. Delectable desserts including an Apricot and Almond Tartlet served with vanilla bean ice-cream can be sampled. The wine list is reasonable focusing on New World wines and offering a small choice by the half bottle. This list is currently being revised.

An Early Bird Menu is served between 6-7pm offering Dublin diners a choice of a two or three course meal. As with all Pre-Theatre menus, the selection of Francescas Early Bird Menu is small offering a choice of three starters and three mains and only two desserts. However This menu is excellent value costing €21.95 for a three course meal plus a glass of wine. The food is all created using organic ingredients and by highly trained staff.

Jasmine's Cocktail Bar at Brooks Hotel provides a Lunch Menu. This menu is available from 10am-6pm. A tasty selection of simple snacks are on offer. Salad, Wraps, Club Sandwiches, Beef Burgers and Smoked Salmon can be enjoyed. A small selection of side orders and desserts are available and an offering of Farmhouse Cheeses and Water Biscuits. A good choice of coffees, hot totties and aperitifs are available. The evening snack is served from 6.30pm-9.30pm and includes an impressive selection of top quality pub grub. Live piano music enhances the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere of this Dublin bar.

Private Dining can also be arranged at Francescas and Head Chef Patrick would be delighted to tailor a meal to individual tastes. Francescas is an award winning restaurant offering healthy and sumptuous food expertly prepared. Jasmine's Cocktail Bar provides diners with light lunches in a relaxing environment.
