The Cobalt Café
Cultural Café on Dublin's northside.

The Cobalt Café is oozing character and class in a very old Dublin manner. The atmosphere is perfectly fitting as this Café is located in a Period House on North Great Georges Street.

Just minutes away from O'Connell Street, the Cobalt Café is a family business run in beautiful Georgian surroundings. An exquisite courtyard garden is adjacent where diners can enjoy their lunch in good weather. The garden includes many interesting fixtures such as wonderful sculptures and an old Georgian fanlight that's propped up against one of the garden walls.

The Cafe has been open for seven years and is a popular dining spot with Art Lovers and Culturites! The Cobalt doubles as an Art Gallery that showcases the work of up-and-coming Irish artists. Located minutes away is the James Joyce Centre and the Irish Writers Museum, this Dublin cafe is an ideal spot for enjoying lunch.

The Cobalt Café has a tasty signature dish known as the Chicken Cobalt which is diced chicken in a spicy sauce. Homemade soup and a range of sandwiches, cakes, teas and coffees are all available.
