The Education Resource Room at the National Museum of Decorative Arts and History offers lots of great activities for kids to explore Ireland's history and heritage.

The room allows for hands-on investigating through books, artefacts, as well as computers with interactive multimedia packages and limited Internet access.

This is a free service and is open from 10am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday, Sundays from 2 to 5pm and it's closed on Mondays. There are activity carts with drawing materials and English-language worksheets for foreign visitors.
