The Kilford Arms Hotel has 60 bedrooms, all ensuite, and equipped with satellite TV, telephones and hairdryers. Trouser Press. Tea/Coffee making facilities. We have many room types to chose from, including double, twin, triple and family rooms.

Food & beverage

The traditional White Oak Restaurant offers the best of local produce served in relaxed in formal surroundings. O’Faolain’s fabulous "super-pub" is built over 3 levels, with stunning architecture incorporating the ruins of a 16th century church! This new pub is a "must-see" on your trip to Kilkenny, and it features late bar and DJs nightly. O'Faolains Bar serves food from 12:00 to 21:00 daily, offering a great range, from light snacks to more substantial fare. PVS Bar hosts live bands 3 nights a week, and is home to the famous Kilford Karaoke on Saturday nights! During the day this is a great place for a quiet drink or to enjoy freshly prepared bar food. PV's Bar provides a lunch and bar snacks menu daily, for lighter meals or a quick bite to accompany a relaxing drink!

From Dublin / Carlow Travelling on the N10 follow the signs to Kilkenny At the Dublin Road Roundabout take the second exit (Straight Through) following the N77 signposted for Athy Continue on this road and turn left at the traffic lights signposted N77 Athy (train station is on the right hand side). We are on your right as you enter this street. Car parking located after pedestrian crossing. From Cork / Clonmel / Callan travelling on the N76, take the 2nd exit at the Callan Road roundabout. Go straight through the next three roundabouts, the Kells Road roundabout, the Waterford Road roundabout and Bennetsbridge Road roundabout. At the Dublin Road roundabout take the first exit (Left) following the N77 signposted for Athy. Continue on this road and turn left at the traffic lights signposted N77 Athy (train station is on the right hand side). We are on your right as you enter this street. Car parking located after pedestrian crossing. From Waterford Take the N9 and after Ballyhale continue forward on the N10 signposted Kilkenny. At the Waterford Road roundabout take the third exit (right). At the Bennettsbridge Road Roundabout take the second exit (straight through). Deposit is required by hotel for group booking (3 guests or more). This is a security deposit and is separate to accommodation amount. Visa/Mastercard is required for all group bookings Names on booking not transferable without notification/agreement with hotel management. NNB: At weekends the Kilford Hotel is an entertainment centre, with late bars, karaoke and nightclub facilities.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 33 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
