The hotel was purchased in 2005 by three local business families who intend to continue its tradition of excellent hospitality. For business events and special occasions, the hotel provides a multi-function room with a capacity of 650 people and 2 meeting rooms.

Food & beverage

The newly refurbished Lemon Tree restaurant, which has previously been awarded 2 Rosettes from the AA, serves a wonderful à la carte menu. The friendly atmosphere complemented by the friendly and efficient service ensures a pleasant dining experience. Lunch is served daily from 12:00 - 15:00. Evening meals are served from Wednesday to Sunday from 18:00 - 21:00. The Swallow Banks Bar & Coffee Dock, which is a little less formal, opens for breakfast at 07:30 and serves a carvery lunch until 15:30. You can also choose form the pizza/grill menu until 22:00 each night.
